This document constitutes a binding agreement between the Client and CleanStone Pressure Washing, including its agents, owners, employees, and subcontractors, for the provision of residential or commercial power washing services in exchange for payment.
The Client, or their designated agent, grants the Company permission to enter the property for cleaning services. The Client acknowledges that no specific timeframe is guaranteed for the completion of services, and multiple visits may be necessary. The Company is authorized to visit the property with or without prior notice to assess service needs before and after the work is completed.
The Client agrees to provide access to an outdoor water spigot on the day of service, ensuring it is turned on and easily accessible. If the property relies on well water or experiences low water pressure, the Client agrees to temporarily cease all water usage inside the home (e.g., faucets, dishwashers, washing machines, sprinklers) during service.
Power washing employs high pressure and chemical cleaners to remove tough exterior stains. While this ensures a thorough clean, it can also present risks of damage. CleanStone Pressure Washing technicians are trained to minimize potential harm to your property. However, damage can still occur, especially if the property has not been properly maintained or is made from substandard materials.
Clients should consult with their homebuilder to confirm that the building materials are suitable for pressure washing. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure the property is in good repair according to the manufacturer’s guidelines. Any pre-existing defects should be addressed before the scheduled cleaning to avoid water damage. The Client assumes all responsibility for any damage arising from poor maintenance or construction materials.
On the service date, the Company will inspect the property and provide the Client with documentation of any pre-existing damage. However, new issues may become apparent during the cleaning process. If such damage is discovered, the Company will pause work until the Client can inspect and acknowledge the situation.
The Client releases the Company from liability for injuries or damage sustained due to equipment placement or debris, including tripping, falling, or being struck by equipment.
We recommend that the Client turn off power to all exterior outlets, light fixtures, and other powered features via the breaker box, especially if they lack protective covers. Removing or opening window screens will allow the Company to clean windowsills thoroughly. Notifying the Company of any surfaces that should not be exposed to alkaline or acidic detergents is also crucial to avoid damage (see Exclusions below).
The Client grants the Company permission to use any photos, videos, reviews, descriptions, or quotes of the property for marketing purposes, without compensation. The Client agrees not to pursue legal action regarding the use of such media. This includes materials displayed on the Company’s website or social media platforms. Additionally, the Client permits the Company to place a marketing sign on the property for up to seven days. Any damage to this sign will be charged to the Client.
CleanStone Pressure Washing is responsible only for structural damages resulting from operator error, gross negligence, or willful misconduct. Any claims of damage must be reported in writing within three days of service completion. The Company reserves the right to inspect the damage within 30 days of receiving the claim. CleanStone Pressure Washing will determine whether to repair the damage directly or hire a contractor to do so.
Payment is due upon completion of the first day’s work unless alternate arrangements have been made in advance. A 3% processing fee will apply to credit card payments.
In the event of non-payment, CleanStone Pressure Washing reserves the right to file a mechanic’s lien against the Client’s property. A formal notice of intent to file the lien will be sent 30 days after the due date. Interest at a rate of 2% per month will accrue on unpaid balances starting on the 31st day. If legal action is required, all associated fees will be added to the outstanding balance.
By accepting an estimate, the Client acknowledges that all conditions outlined in this agreement are satisfactory. The Client authorizes CleanStone Pressure Washing to perform the work specified and releases the Company from liability for property damage unless caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct. The Company is not responsible for damage to loose siding, windows, paint, or wood trim. Any damages arising from the aforementioned issues will be the Client’s responsibility.
